The Fetid Emesis is a post-Moon Lord gun that is dropped by The Old Duke. It rapidly fires bullets and has a small chance of firing a slow-moving rotten chunk that sticks to enemies, damaging them and inflicting the Sulphuric Poisoning debuff.
Its best modifier is Unreal.
