Use

The Waywasher is a Pre-Hardmode spell tome that is sold by the Sea King for 2 . When used, it rapidly fires inaccurate water bolts that emit water drips as they travel, and can pierce once before dissipating on the second.

Its best modifier is Mythical. However, the weapon's mana cost will not be affected.

• The spell tome appears to have an image of a wave on its front cover.
