The Hematemesis is a Hardmode wand that is dropped by the Ravager. When used, it fires 10 blood bolts that spawn from below the screen and move upwards at high speed near the cursor's position. The blood bolts can pass through tiles but cannot pierce.

Its best modifier is Mythical.

Trivia

• The word "Hematemesis" means someone vomiting their blood.
• If the player has the "Blood and Gore" setting turned off, the projectiles will look like clouds instead of blood.
