The Hematemesis is a Hardmode wand dropped by the Ravager. It fires 10 wall-piercing bolts that move upwards at a high speed near the player's mouse cursor. These bolts appear off-screen and do not pierce enemies.

Its best modifier is Mythical.

Trivia

• The word "Hematemesis" means someone vomiting their blood.
• If the player has the "Blood and Gore" setting turned off, the projectiles will look like clouds instead of blood.
