The Downpour is a Hardmode wand that is dropped by the Aquatic Scourge. When used, it fires a fast sand blast that quickly loses velocity when it hits an enemy. The sand blast pierces once and creates a damaging sand dust explosion on collision.

Its best modifier is Mythical.

• It can be considered an indirect upgrade to the Sandstream Scepter.
