The Parasitic Scepter is a craftable Pre-Hardmode wand. On use, it fires two to four leeches which latch onto enemies on contact. They inflict the Irradiated debuff, which stacks up to three times depending on how many leeches are currently latched onto an enemy.

Its best modifier is Mythical.

• The Parasitic Scepter is designed around and used to drop from Water Leech, a removed Acid Rain enemy.
