- Not to be confused with Holy Inferno, a debuff inflicted by Providence, the Profaned Goddess upon moving too far away from her.
Holy Flames is a debuff inflicted by various sources. It causes the player to lose 20 health per second and emit glowing, yellow flames. If inflicted onto enemies, 100 health is lost per second instead.
If the player has the Sun Stone, Celestial Stone or Celestial Shell accessories equipped, they lose 10 health per second instead of 20. If the target is inflicted with Oiled, they lose 125 health per second instead of 100.
The player can become immune to Holy Flames by equipping the Elysian Aegis or Asgardian Aegis accessories, or the Fearmonger armor set. The player also gains immunity to Holy Flames by equipping the Profaned Soul Crystal during the day.

- 2.0.3.005:
- Increased damage against the player from 8 per second to 20.
- Added new visual effects when inflicted.
