Cursed Inferno is a vanilla debuff that deals damage over time to anything it afflicts. Several Calamity NPCs and items can inflict it.
The player can become immune to Cursed Inferno by equipping the Asgardian Aegis, Elysian Aegis, Hide of Astrum Deus accessories, or the Fearmonger armor set.
