Cursed Inferno is a vanilla debuff that deals damage over time to anything it afflicts. Several Calamity NPCs and items can inflict it.
The player can become immune to Cursed Inferno by equipping the Hide of Astrum Deus or Corrupt Flask accessories, or the Fearmonger armor set.
