The Aureus Cell is a Hardmode potion that is dropped by Astrum Aureus. Upon consumption, it restores 200 mana and inflicts the Mana Sickness debuff. It also grants the Mana Regeneration and Magic Power buffs for 6 minutes. It is used in the crafting of various Astral Infection-themed items and the Auralis.

- Aureus Cells can also be obtained from various sources in various stacks.
- 10-15 from Astral Chests and 2-5 from Astral Crates at a 20% chance after Astrum Aureus has been defeated.
