The Necroplasmic Beacon is a craftable post-Moon Lord boss-summoning item that is used to summon Polterghast. It can only be used in the Dungeon. Note that, if Polterghast has not been defeated yet, the boss can also be summoned by killing 30 Phantom Spirits in the Dungeon.
