The Electrolyte Gel Pack is a permanent power-up item obtained from the Treasure Bag dropped by The Slime God. Upon consumption, it increases the damage of the Adrenaline Mode buff by +20% and increases how much damage reduction the player gains when hit while the meter is full by +5%. There are two other items that function identically to this: the Starlight Fuel Cell and the Ectoheart. It can only be used once.

- 2.0.4.001: Increased its Adrenaline multiplier boost from 15% to 20%.
- 2.0.1.001: No longer drops if the player has consumed it.
- 1.4.5.006: Now increases adrenaline damage by 15% and damage reduction when getting hit with the meter full by 5%, instead of making adrenaline charge 10 seconds faster.
- 1.4.3.002: Now only drops if not consumed yet.
- 1.3.2.001: Now makes Adrenaline charge 10 seconds faster instead of 15.
