Cinder Blossom Seeds are seeds that can drop at a 5% chance from wild Cinder Blossom grass in the Brimstone Crag. They can only be planted on Scorched Remains. Once planted, Cinder Blossom grass will begin to spread to nearby Scorched Remains blocks.
