Disenchanted Aerialite Ore is a Pre-Hardmode ore which generates inside of Clouds on Floating Islands upon world generation. Upon defeating The Hive Mind or The Perforators, the ore loses its disenchantment and becomes Aerialite Ore with a significantly lower pickaxe requirement of 65. If not enchanted, it can still be mined, but requires at least a Cobalt Pickaxe or a Palladium Pickaxe.

Notes

Since all Disenchanted Aerialite Ore turns into Aerialite Ore upon defeating The Hive Mind or Perforators, Disenchanted Aerialite Ore can only be obtained by skipping said bosses and waiting until Hardmode.
Unlike most ores, Disenchanted Aerialite Ore cannot be detected by a Metal Detector or its upgrades.
