Rusty Chests are chests found only in the Sulphurous Sea that contain rare and unique items. Each Rusty Chest will contain one unique item along with other standard loot.

Loot

The Rusty Chest always contains one primary item and a few common items. The primary item found depends on the generated location:

• Broken Water Filter can be found in the upper cavern area, near a cave with open air pockets.
• Effigy of Decay can be found buried deep within the island at the edge of the world.
• Rusty Beacon Prototype can be found at the bottom of the sea, near piles of scrap.
• Rusty Medallion can be found at the lower cavern area.

• In previous versions of the mod, Rusty Chests were initially locked and required Rusty Lockpicks to unlock.
