Levi is a post-Moon Lord, Death Mode-exclusive pet summoning item dropped by Supreme Witch, Calamitas that summons a miniature Leviathan that follows the player.

Trivia

• This item is a reference to the YouTuber Leviathan, known for his trailers, challenges, and documentation about the Calamity Mod. He was also the first person to defeat all bosses on Revengeance and Death Mode without taking damage.
• The Levi's buff tooltip is the same as the Ocean Spirit's.
