The Rusted Jingle Bell is a light pet summoning item that is dropped by Baby Ghost Bells when hit with any type of Bug Net or obtained rarely by fishing in the Sunken Sea. It summons a Baby Ghost Bell pet to follow the player and provide a large amount of light while underwater.
