The Thief's Dime is a Hardmode light pet that is sold by the Bandit for 1 after the Pirate Invasion has been defeated. When equipped, the coin orbits around the player and occasionally shines. If a coin is detected within 50 tiles of the pet, it will move towards the coin, collecting it and gaining a larger shine for a short time. After all coins are collected, it returns to its resting spot above the player and continues to orbit around them.

• Its buff tooltip is a set of lyrics from the song "All Star" from the Smash Mouth album, Astro Lounge.
