The Coldheart Icicle is a post-Moon Lord item that is dropped by Supreme Ultramage, Permafrost. When selected, it is held stationary in front of the player and can deal damage to enemies that intersect it while held. More specifically, it deals damage equal to 0.5% of the enemy's maximum health for every frame that it contacts the enemy.

Notes

• Striking organic enemies with the Coldheart Icicle produces visual blood particles, while striking non-organic enemies produces visual sparks.
• Its damaging function does not work against THE LORDE.

Trivia

• The item's behavior of shredding enemies into a large spread of blood is based on The King of Greed from the game Lobotomy Corporation.
