Tooltip	Enables/disables Death Mode, can only be used in Revengeance Mode. All effects from Revengeance Mode are enabled, including the following: Greatly boosts enemy spawn rates during the Blood Moon. Makes the Abyss more treacherous to navigate. Certain non-boss enemies and projectiles deal between 6% and 15% more damage. Nerfs the effectiveness of life steal a bit more. The Nurse no longer heals you while a boss is alive. Increases damage done by 50% for several debuffs and all alcohols that reduce life regen. Changes all boss AIs and most enemy AIs. Increases the damage of all bosses a bit more.

Satanic Scepter of Death was an item found within the Starter Bag in Expert Mode. When used in Revengeance Mode, it activated or disabled Death Mode. Attempting to use it while not in Revengeance Mode or during a boss battle would have no effects.

It could be crafted at an Altar and did not have any ingredients.
