Latcher Mines were Hardmode consumable rogue bombs that were sold by the Bandit for 3 Silver Coin each after defeating one of the Mechanical Bosses. They automatically threw tiny flat mines that stuck to enemies and detonated 3 seconds after latching onto them. Upon detonation or contact with blocks, a burst of 6 gravity-affected flame projectiles were flung up in the air which dealt damage and inflicted the On Fire! debuff.

Performing a stealth strike with the Latcher Mines would cause the next mine thrown to be able to stick to the ground and explode into shrapnels. The mine thrown on the ground lasted 14 seconds and could stick onto enemies that contacted it.

The Latcher Mine could not be reforged, and therefore could not have modifiers.

  • 1.5.0.001: Fixed an issue that prevented its fire projectiles from dealing damage.
