Use

The Lazinator was a craftable Hardmode magic gun. When used, it automatically rapidly fired a straight, gravity-defying purple or green laser projectile. Green lasers were very slightly shorter and slower than purple ones. Each laser pierced up to two targets before disappearing on the third.

Its best modifier was Mythical. However, the weapon's mana cost would not be affected.

Trivia

• The Lazinator's model and name were a reference to the Zapinator, which in turn is a reference to a light gun peripheral for the NES.
• The Lazinator was implemented based on a community suggestion made by Gouvod on the mod's Terraria Forums post, where it was called "Zapper".

• 1.4.4.004:
  • Buffed damage from 40 to 55, and use time from 10 to 7.
  • Now grants 10 local immunity frames.
  • Now uses 1 Soul of Fright, Might, and Sight in its recipe.
