Shell Speed Boost was an unobtainable buff that increased movement speed by 30%.

Notes

• This buff couldn't be applied if the player was wearing an accessory which could grant the Panic! buff, such as the Panic Necklace. This was due to the effects and caused of the two buffs being similar.
• This buff was inflicted on the player if they got hit while having the Giant Shell or Flame-Licked Shell accessory equipped.
