The Eutrophic Shank was a Pre-Hardmode shortsword that was dropped by Eutrophic Rays with a 1/3 (33.33%) chance after the Desert Scourge has been defeated. When used, it fired electrical sparks which lingered on the ground and dealt 40% of the weapon's base damage.

Its best modifier was Legendary.
