Meld Constructs are Hardmode crafting materials that are crafted with Stardust and Meld Blobs. They are primarily used to craft powerful Hardmode and post-Moon Lord gear which function as alternatives to the gear provided by the Celestial Pillars; additionally, they are used in the crafting of Empyrean armor, a post-Moon Lord armor that functions as the rogue counterpart to the Celestial armors.

- 1.4.5.001:
- Renamed from "Meld Bar" to "Meld Construct".
- Now uses 6 Meld Blobs and 3 Stardust in its recipe instead of 6 Meld Blobs, 1 Ectoplasm, and 1 Hallowed Bar.
- Resprited.
- 1.4.2.002: Now uses 6 Meld Blobs in its recipe instead of 5, and yields 3 instead of 5.
