The Gruesome Eminence in use. Note the movements of the spirit monster before and after it is tame.

The Gruesome Eminence is a post-Moon Lord magic weapon. It is the exhumed form of the Ghastly Visage. It fires a spirit monster that poorly follows the cursor and occasionally moves around randomly on its own. As time passes, it spawns small spirits which deal 140 / 280 / 420 to the player and NPCs. After 14 seconds, it grows to full size and becomes fully controllable by the player, but also stop releasing spirits. The damage of the spirit gradually builds up from 1x to 1.85x as it builds up to full size, but will also deal 360 / 450 / 540 damage to the player once fully grown.
