The Deathhail Staff is a post-Moon Lord wand that is dropped by The Devourer of Gods. It rains down a barrage of nebula lasers on the cursor's location upon use. The lasers will reduce the number of Immunity frames given to an enemy by 80%. The lasers can pierce up to eight targets and will phase through blocks.

- The projectiles do not disappear after reaching their pierce limit; they will continue to fly downwards and phase through enemies and tiles, but will no longer damage any NPCs in their path.
- Like Lunar Flare, this weapon can be manipulated with the cursor's position to inflict damage over a wide area or focus it on a single target.
