Ares' Exoskeleton is a post-Moon Lord summon weapon that is dropped by the Exo Mechs after XF-09 Ares has been defeated last. When used, the player throws out a box which opens up a control panel. The control panel features four weapon choices on top and weapon slots on the bottom. Each weapon slot takes up three minion slots and summons a cannon attached to an arm outwards from the player. The order of the weapon's positions are fixed onto the player. From the leftmost slot to rightmost slot, the cannons appear at the bottom right, bottom left, top right, and top left of the player respectively.

Интересные факты
- The item's tooltip is a reference to the Draedon's Arsenal weapons correlating with certain themes, namely Plasma, Laser, Tesla, Gauss and Pulse. The former four are present in Ares' weapons, while the last one is missing as per the Ares' Cannons buff tooltip.
- The buff tooltip references the Infernum Mod, where Ares' Gauss Nuke is replaced by a Pulse Cannon during the Exo Mechs battle.
