The Ice Barrage is a craftable post-Moon Lord wand that consumes Blood Runes as ammunition. When used, it summons a collapsing ring of icy dust on top of the cursor which can immediately lock onto the closest target within a 31.25-tile radius. After 1.5 seconds, snowflakes spray out from the center of the spell at a rate of 12 snowflakes per second. After 2.33 seconds, the ring explodes and deals damage in a large radius, inflicting the Glacial State debuff. Then, it spawns a random spray of 45 snowflakes in all directions and 4 large rectangular blocks of ice in a cross-formation. The blocks lock onto the center of the spell, slowly dealing damage and last for 2.33 additional seconds before each bursting into 8 dark icicles, ending the spell and all its attacks. Snowflakes deal 5% damage, ice blocks deal 30% damage, and icicles deal 6% damage. The snowflakes inflict the Frostbite debuff for 2 seconds upon contact.
