Yharim is a post-Moon Lord boss that can be fought after defeating either Supreme Witch, Calamitas or the Exo Mechs, but it's recommended to beat both before taking him on. He is considered the final boss in the Calamity mod, and therefore, the most difficult one (outside of superbosses [Noxus] and [Xeroc]).

Defeating him will provide the player with the materials necessary to create Shadowspec Bars.

Spawn

Yharim doesn't spawn on his own, and requires the player to travel to the Dragon Aerie subrealm and interact with him there.
