  • Reworked, now inflicts debuffs on a randomized timer between 1 and 3 seconds.

    • Debuffs must time out and cannot be refreshed before the next debuff can be applied.
  • Fixed an exploit that allowed it to fire projectiles regardless of the player's available minion slots.
