  • The person seen in the sprite is the late game critic TotalBiscuit.
    • This was the second reference to TotalBiscuit in Calamity, the other being the Halibut Cannon.
• Before the 1.3.3.002 update, this item was instead called "lol" and used a different sprite. Its original sprite was used as a removed crafting station called the Particle Accelerator.
  • Its name was based on the commentary YouTuber Pyrocynical, whose Twitter account named "lol" was banned near the time of the item's implementation.
