Does anyone experience sudden framerate drops when amalgam grows to full size?

My fps are alright when its small, after a while taken for it to grow my fps immediately drops to unplayable amount.

It can't be caused by my computer, im playing terraria on a high-end pc.

Latest TModLoader, w/ latest Calamity 1.5.0.0.4, my mods are alchemistnpc, luiafk, magic storage, boss checklist, veinminer, recipe browser, wing slot, and some vanity and misc. mods such as weapon out, widgets, yet another boss health bar, etc.

All are up to date.
