What's the point in indefinitely locking it?

* No further responses, but I'm going to mention an update. Stormlion Mandible is now locked until October 5th for the same reasons as this atrocious page. I [EXPLETIVE] DESPISE CORAL NOW. HOW IS THE RECIPE PROBLEM STILL AN ISSUE?

Where did the trivia about the change go? Whoever removed that was an idiot. And when it was FUCKING LOCKED FOREVER, the admin responsible for the lock said locking was the BEST OPTION. TO ME, IT IS THE WORST OPTION EVER POSSIBLE! AND THIS IS WHY THIS IS THE WORST ITEM IN TERRARIA, COUNTING EVEN SUGGESTED IDEAS FOR TRUE TERRA BLADES! (Which the mod kind of has.) If the page was unlocked, I honest lywould have put a deletion template on it, no matter how nonsensical or vandal-like it is. And the poor Scourge it summons is literally starving, anyway!

When Tymon8 locked the fucking page, he said the recipe kept being changed. Turns out there were 2 different types of recipe conflicts in the past. One being the coral removal, and the second being the sand and cactus reduction. As for you asking why I needed to edit it badly, I don’t actually want to edit it. Confusiong, huh? The reason I despise locked pages so fucking much isn’t because I want to edit them. My actual reasoning is that they’re locked in the first place, and seeing “View source” gives me a literal heart attack! Fuck this mod. Devintrainer (talk) 18:37, 31 May 2018 (UTC)

Not craftable as of current.

I don't know if anyone else cannot craft this, but i cannot. As i just got this as a drop from a Cnidrion, i am going to very poorly change the page to reflect that. If i am wrong, or just changed the page exceptionally badly, feel free to fix it!

The issue you are experiencing is due to the Calamity Community Remix addon, which isn't meant to be used for serious playthroughs, the recipe is perfectly fine and Cnidrion doesn't drop the item with Calamity on its own Lilsigtum (talk) 04:43, 18 June 2023 (UTC)

That's kind of the point. Remix exists just to confuse people. It's a joke mod based on the Fandom wiki, which is just a joke site at this point. The best thing to do is to just avoid using it at all. CognitiveAfflatus (talk) 19:04, 18 June 2023 (UTC)
