Looks like my version is v1.3.4.1 which is the most up to date that I am able to download via the mod browser at this time (2018-09-19). The Discord change logs make no mention of altering the recipe for this item in the .102 or .103 releases. I don't know what else to say besides that the version I am able to download has 5 Souls of Might in the recipe for this item. -- MobiuSRIT Special:Contributions 15:58, 19 September 2018 (UTC)

The mod browser rarely has the latest version, you'll need to update the mod manually (preferably from the Discord server or the Wiki main page.) I just checked in-game with 1.3.4.103 and I can confirm that Souls of Might are not in the recipe.
