This is NOT Hardmode-exclusive. I got it in Pre-Hardmode after beating Desert Scourge. Also, all Hardmode Giant Clam drops have the "Pink" rarity, and this one has the "Green" rarity. 97.99.21.28 15:42, 9 March 2019 (UTC)

Amidias' Pendant is Green Tier and yes, the Pendant will drop after beating DS, thanks for informing us. Merkalto (talk) 16:16, 9 March 2019 (UTC)

Beating DS has nothing to do with the pendant dropping, only the Sea King being spawned. Temp35 (The One True King) (talk) 16:19, 9 March 2019 (UTC)
