The hallucination, heat, and color effects that are given by the Trippy buff.

The Odd Mushroom is a Hardmode consumable item that is sold by the Drunk Princess for 1 . Upon consumption, it grants the player the Trippy buff for 1 hour, which increases all damage by 50%, and causes enemies and projectiles on-screen to have a hallucination effect similar to that of Expert Mode Brain of Cthulhu, as well as giving them a rainbow hue that constantly cycles.
