Terminus is a non-consumable summoning item that is used to start and cancel the Boss Rush event. It can only be obtained by finding it in the Shrine at the bottom layer of the Abyss.

• Using Terminus while a boss is alive will instantly despawn the boss and trigger the Boss Rush.
• Using Terminus to deactivate the Boss Rush will not display a status message.
• In the Get fixed boi seed, its name changes to Ogscule and receives a new sprite.

• The word "terminus" means the end, the limit, or the final goal.
• This item can be obtained earlier than intended with a combination of the Abyssal Diving Gear and the Aquatic Emblem, or Amidias' Blessing. While the Boss Rush can be triggered at any time, the player will find themselves at a very great disadvantage if they use it before the Exo Mechs and Supreme Witch, Calamitas, due to it being meant for use in the endgame.
