血腥爆裂是一把可制作的、困难模式之前的短剑，掉落自血肉宿主。用它击中敌怪时，它会释放出自动寻的的血珠，碰撞时会恢复玩家 2 点生命。它功能上与吸血短剑完全相同。
与其他短剑类似，它的攻击范围极短，但不同之处在于它可以自动挥舞。
Its best modifier was Legendary.
