天狼星是個可製作的、月亮領主後的召喚武器，也是太陽神法杖的升級物。它會在玩家上方召喚出一枚天狼星僕從，向附近的敵怪射出雷射束，但會占用 6 個僕從位。除此之外，它還會向附近的敵怪召喚出光爆，這一點與七彩水晶法杖類似。

Its best modifier is Ruthless. The Mythical modifier provides the widest array of stat bonuses, but these primarily affect the initial summon rather than the resulting minion. Additionally, minions cannot deal critical hits. The only lasting advantage a Mythical 天狼星 has over a Ruthless one is knockback.

• 武器、僕從和工具提示都是參考天狼星（Sirius）設計的，這是夜晚天空中最亮的恆星，目視星等為 -1.46（註：目視星等越小，星星就越亮。相比之下，牛郎星的目視星等為 0.77，織女星為 0.03）。
