The Realm Ravager is a Hardmode gun that is dropped by the Ravager. If Musket Balls are used as ammo, they are converted into explosive bullets. When used, it fires a shotgun blast of 4 bullets while 1 bullet is always aimed at the cursor. The explosion caused by the bullet deals 33% of the weapon's damage.
Its best modifier is Unreal.

- 2.0.4.003:
- Buffed damage from 50 to 54. It now fires 4 bullets per use instead of 3-4, and 1 bullet is always aimed at the cursor.
- Convert bullet explosions now deal 33% base damage instead of 50%.
- 2.0.2.001: Decreased sell price from 16 to 12 .
- 1.5.1.001: Buffed converted bullet velocity multiplier from 1x to 4x.
- 1.5.0.001: Now only converts Musket Balls.
- 1.4.5.001: Nerfed use time from 20 to 22, and explosion damage from 100% base damage to 50%.
- 1.4.2.105:
- Bullet explosions now pierce infinitely and grant 10 local immunity frames.
- Fixed bullets playing their explosion sound in the wrong place.
