The Phantomic Artifact is a craftable post-Moon Lord accessory that is the final upgrade to the Spirit Glyph. When equipped, whenever a minion hits an enemy, the player will gain one of the following buffs:

• Phantomic Empowerment, which increases summon damage by 10%. Additionally, while this buff is active, there is a 10% chance for a phantomic dagger to spawn. The dagger deals 75 summon damage and there can only be a maximum of three daggers active at a time.
• Phantomic Regen, which grants +2 life regen. Additionally, there is a 5% chance for a phantomic heart to spawn and grant the player an extra +2 life regen when in contact.
• Phantomic Shield, which increases defense by 10 and damage reduction by 5%. Additionally, a phantomic bulwark will spawn and absorb 20% damage from any attack taken while it is active. After damage is absorbed, the bulwark will disappear and has a 30 second cooldown.

Trivia

• The sword in the Phantomic Empowerment buff icon is the Void Edge.
• The heart in the Phantomic Regen buff icon uses the hearts the player has after using the Elderberry.
• The shield in the Phantomic Shield buff icon is the Elysian Aegis.
• The symbol depicted on the Phantomic Artifact's sprite is a reference to the symbol of the fifth Karma rank in the game Rain World.
