Hailstorm Bullets are Hardmode bullets that are sold by the Archmage for 80 each after the defeating all three minibosses in the Frost Moon event. The bullets pierce once and drastically slow down when fired, quickly becoming stationary before vanishing. On hit, the bullets inflict the Frostburn debuff, while critical hits additionally inflict Frostbite and cause a flash freeze that deals 36% of the bullet's damage. The second target hit by the bullet takes half as much damage from both the bullet and the flash freeze.

- 2.0.4.002: Flash freeze now deals 36% base damage instead of 48%.

- Renamed from "Icy Bullet" to "Hailstorm Bullet".

- Buffed damage from 10 to 12, and it now has 15 extra updates instead of 3.
