The Brimstone Jewel is a post-Moon Lord pet summoning item. It is obtained from the Treasure Coffer dropped by Supreme Witch, Calamitas in Expert Mode. It summons a miniature Supreme Calamitas to follow the player.

Trivia

• The pet's design is based on the eye-like appearance that Calamitas used in previous versions of the mod.
  • On top of this, the pet's name is "Supreme Calamitas", which happens to be an older name Calamitas used in the older versions of the mod.
