Spaghetti is a food item that is dropped from Granite Elementals and Granite Golems with a 1/50 (2%) chance. When consumed, it grants the player the Exquisitely Stuffed buff. This lasts for 8 minutes, but can be canceled at any time by right-clicking the icon (Desktop version), by selecting the icon using Cycle Next/Previous Buff and then pressing Remove Buff (Console version), or by double-tapping the buff icon (Mobile version).

Like all other food items, the Spaghetti can be placed on a Plate.

Trivia

  • The item's tooltip refers to the term al dente, which describes pasta or rice that is cooked to be firm to the bite.
