The Nebulous Cataclysm is a craftable post-Moon Lord wand. When used, it fires a slow and homing cloud core which pierce 3 times. When the cloud core is despawned or killed, it explodes into 6-8 small explosions which each deal 50% damage.
Its best modifier is Mythical.
