The Twisting Thunder is a craftable post-Moon Lord dagger that is an upgrade to the Stormfront Razor and the final upgrade of the Cinquedea. It automatically throws a gravity-defying lightning bolt that does not pierce and travels faster while raining. When it hits an enemy, lightning strikes vertically from the sky which pierces indefinitely and can pass through tiles.

Performing a stealth strike with the Twisting Thunder will cause the next lightning bolt thrown to summon five strikes of lightning, in addition to the main bolt travelling much faster.

Its best modifier is Flawless.
