The 2.0.5 update removed or replaced several items previously dedicated to Fabsol, and fixed a few miscellaneous bugs.

Bosses

  • Duke Fishron now takes 125% damage from Resurrection Butterfly instead of 135%.
  • Lunatic Cultist no longer takes 80% damage from Resurrection Butterfly.
  • Reworked Supreme Alchemist, Cirrus into Supreme Ultramage, Permafrost:
    • Now summoned with Delicious Meat instead of Purple Haze.
    • Rewrote all dialogue.
    • No longer inflicts a random alcohol debuff on hit.
    • Now fires ice blasts during charges instead of rays.
    • Now throws splitting Delicious Meat during bullet hells instead of vodka bottles.
    • Now uses Absolute Zero which fires Coldheart Icicles during Bullets Hells 3 and 5 instead of Photon Ripper.
    • Decreased number of Devourer of Gods spawned during normal brothers phase from 2 to 1.
    • Now spawns a Pyrogen with 22x base health in the normal seekers phase instead of 1 Providence, 2 Queen Slimes, and 2 Empresses of Light.
    • Now fires ice blasts during the final attack instead of rays. Final attack blasters now appear as Permafrost's Concoctions instead of Odd Mushrooms.

Balance

  • Nerfed Ambrosial Ampoule and Radiance's scaling life regeneration boost based on health from 2-6 HP/s to 1-5 HP/s.
  • Decreased Lava Chicken Broth's durations of Exquisited Stuffed and fire debuffs from 33 minutes to 25 minutes, 25 seconds.
  • Rebalanced Resurrection Butterfly. The whole duo now requires 2 minion slots to summon instead of 1; having 1 minion slot left will only summon the pink butterfly. Pink butterflies now fire every 1.5-3 seconds instead of 2-4, and target the closest enemy instead of the earliest enemy in the NPC array. Purple butterflies now grant 30 local immunity frames instead of 8 ID-static immunity frames.
  • Nerfed Wings of Rebirth's flight time from 361 to 360.

Recipes

  • Bloody Mary can now be crafted from 1 Ale, 5 Blood Orbs, and 1 Aureus Cell at a Keg, or 1 Bottled Water, 5 Blood Orbs, and 1 Aureus Cell at an Alchemy Table.
  • Buzzkill now uses 15 Cogs and 10 Souls of Fright in its recipe instead of Shotgun, 5 Any Cobalt Bars, and 4 Essences of Havoc, and now requires a Hardmode Anvil to craft instead of an Anvil.
  • Caribbean Rum can now be crafted from 1 Ale and 1 Living Shard at a Keg, or 1 Bottled Water, 5 Blood Orbs, and 1 Living Shard at an Alchemy Table.
  • Cinnamon Roll can now be crafted from 1 Ale, 3 Scoria Ore, and 1 Living Fire Block at a Keg, or 1 Bottled Water, 5 Blood Orbs, and 1 Scoria Ore at an Alchemy Table.
  • Everclear can now be crafted from 1 Ale, 10 Glass, and 1 Aureus Cell at a Keg, or 1 Bottled Water, 5 Blood Orbs, 5 Glass, and 1 Aureus Cell at an Alchemy Table.
  • Evergreen Gin can now be crafted from 1 Ale and 1 Living Shard at a Keg, or 1 Bottled Water, 5 Blood Orbs, and 1 Living Shard at an Alchemy Table.
  • Fireball can now be crafted from 1 Ale and 1 Living Fire Block at a Keg, or 1 Bottled Water, 5 Blood Orbs, and 1 Living Fire Block at an Alchemy Table.

Reworks

  • Reworked Buzzkill, it no longer fires a spread of bullets which fires faster and more accurately the longer it is fired. Holding left-click now charges up a buzzsaw which deals 150% base damage to enemies at close range while being charged. Releasing left-click will fire the buzzsaw, which bounces off tiles and inflicts Heavy Bleeding for 2.5 seconds on hit. Charging the buzzsaw increases its hitbox size, damage, and pierce, up to 500% base damage and piercing 5 times. Buffed damage from 15 to 56, critical strike chance from 4% to 25%, use time from 40 to 30, and projectile velocity from 12 to 20.
  • Reworked Superradiant Slaughterer, it no longer rapidly fires homing rainbow blasts. Holding left-click now charges up a buzzsaw which deals 200% base damage to enemies at close range while being charged. Releasing left-click launches the buzzsaw; the buzzsaw bounces off tiles and inflicts Laceration and Elemental Mix on hit. Charging the buzzsaw increases its hitbox size, damage, and pierce, up to 500% base damage and piercing 6 times. After a buzzsaw exhausts its pierce, it will return to the player, spawning a burst of homing bolts when doing so. Right-clicking now causes the player to dash in the direction of the movement keys they are holding, and shoot a lingering buzzsaw to the cursor's position. The dash has a cooldown of 6 seconds; while on cooldown, buzzsaws become empowered, allowing them to loosely home towards the cursor's position and constantly release homing bolts while returning. Buffed damage from 67 to 127, critical strike chance from 4% to 25%, and projectile velocity from 18 to 24, but nerfed use time from 2 to 30.

  • The Brimstone Witch now has the button displaying donor names when clicked. Donor name changes:

  • The Goblin Tinkerer no longer sells Stink Potion.
  • Lilies of Finality no longer has a custom item color, and is no longer forced to display its damage number as 512.
  • Odd Mushroom is now sold by the Truffle instead of the Drunk Princess.
  • Changed the Princess' happiness quote about the Bandit to refer to the Bandit as "they" instead of "she".
  • Resilient Candle, Spiteful Candle, Vigorous Candle, and Weightless Candle are now sold by the Wizard instead of the Drunk Princess.
  • Starter Bag can no longer drop Crystal Heart Vodka.
  • Changed Sylvestaff's item color from alternating #0064FF ● and #FF64FF ● to #F9C5FF ●, added a flavor tooltip, and changed the color of its rays.
  • Updated Thank You to reflect developer changes:
    • Added "dozezoze", "Eddie Spaghetti", "Flowaria", "Fluffy", "fryzahh", "Poroboros", "Raesh", "Sagittariod", "Tobias", and "TYESKI (Universe)" to the current developers list.
    • Changed the name "Dominic Karma" to "Lucille Karma", and "Fluffi" to "Dandy".
    • Moved "CDMusic" back to the active developers list.

Fixes

  • Fixed Ambrosial Ampoule, Radiance, and Radiant Ooze's life regeneration boosts based on health not scaling properly, instead always giving the minimum boost.
  • Fixed an out-of-bounds error from placing Astral Ore in the top-left corner of the world.
  • Fixed Aureus Cell not granting the Magic Power or Mana Regeneration buffs when consumed through Quick Mana.
  • Fixed a grammatical error in Blast Barrel's tooltip.
  • Fixed Blazing Core and Flame-Licked Shell's parries lasting indefinitely if they are unequipped during the parry.
  • Fixed Blood Boiler's tooltip stating an incorrect chance to not consume health.
  • Fixed brimstone dart projectiles from Brimstone Elemental, Calamitas Clone, and Supreme Witch, Calamitas having a larger hitbox than intended.
  • Fixed Brimstone Heart's artery trails not appearing properly.
  • Fixed Celestial Onion's accessory slot not getting updated when changing loadouts.
  • The Codebreaker can no longer be placed on Teleporters, to fix a game crash when breaking a Teleporter with a Codebreaker on top of it.
  • Fixed the Flight Time Bar not displaying properly if the player has flight abilities but 0 max flight time.
  • Fixed Gold Chests being able to contain Meteorite Bars if close enough to the Underworld.
  • Fixed an exploit where Gravistar Sabaton did not properly reset its slam effect when unequipped.

  • Fixed Calamity's Jousting Lance damage formula stacking with vanilla's damage formula instead of replacing it, causing Jousting Lances to deal far more damage than intended.
  • Fixed an index out-of-bounds error caused by Metastasis' minion in multiplayer.
  • Fixed Obstructed and Plague Reaper armor's obstruction effects not drawing properly while gravity is flipped.
  • Fixed Overloaded Blaster's empowered bolts being able to deal much higher than 160% base damage if they pierced through enough enemies before becoming empowered.
  • Fixed point-blank damage's distance check being incremented inaccurately for projectiles with extra updates.
  • Fixed Red Wine's tooltip not displaying the correct amount of health restored while the player has the Baguette buff.
  • Fixed Red Wine not restoring the correct amount of health when consumed through Quick Heal while the player has the Baguette buff.
  • Fixed Resurrection Butterfly's minions disappearing when attacking.
  • Fixed Statigel armor's Baby Paladin minions having improper framing.
  • Fixed Supreme Witch, Calamitas being able to deal contact damage on the first frame she spawns in.
  • Fixed Supreme Witch, Calamitas being able to fire brimstone dart spreads during the brothers spawn animation.
  • Fixed Supreme Witch, Calamitas' brimstone flame skulls briefly being able to deal damage after a bullet hell ends.
